Using Dotdigital as a destination
Bridgit pushes enriched supporter data into Dotdigital from your fundraising platforms and CRM, including: ✅ Supporter and donor contact details (name, email, address); ✅ Donation data (amount, date, campaign); ✅ Gift Aid status; ✅ Campaign codes. All fields are mapped using Bridgit's visual field mapper, with transformation rules available to clean and format data on the way through, so it arrives in Dotdigital in exactly the right structure for your marketing team to use.
Using Dotdigital as a source
Bridgit also pulls data from Dotdigital into your connected platforms, including: ✅ Contact lists and address books; ✅ Email engagement data (opens and clicks); ✅ Opt-in and consent status. This ensures your fundraising and supporter management teams have an accurate, up-to-date view of how supporters are engaging with your communications.
Consent and marketing preferences
Opt-in and consent status are fully mapped within the integration. Consent data held in Dotdigital is pulled through as part of the contact record sync, and any updates to supporter consent status are reflected in subsequent data runs, keeping preferences consistent across your connected platforms.
